Returns & Exchanges

If you are in any way unhappy with your order and are looking for it to be returned, exchanged or refunded (excluding shipping charges, unless item was incorrect or faulty), please contact us within 14 workings days of placing your order.

Make sure that the item is in original condition with all packaging and labels intact. 

Please contact us at bon@inzine.co.nz and we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

We recommend you use a tracked service when returning an item as we can not replace lost or damaged returns.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

Please chose sale items carefully as we can not return or exchange these unless they are faulty or not what was ordered.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or it you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancelling Orders

Once an order is placed, if you would like to cancel or make adjustments prior to dispatch please contact us immediately at bon@inzine.co.nz. Please note that orders are typically placed (if it is a print) or dispatched the same or next day.
